ShopToko is boutique wholesale with no minimums. We host limited-time sales events featuring curated items from both known brands and independent designers. Merchandise ranges from apparel and accessories, to jewelry, bags and shoes.
ShopToko is focused on empowering the independent retailer by bringing new brand discovery straight to their inbox and allowing them to buy into lines with no product minimums.
Retailers gain access to cool merchandise from select designers and can test a single item or an entire collection without risk. Brands have the opportunity to acquire new customers at no upfront cost – we market to thousands of registered retailers in the ShopToko community.

Our Story
We at Shoptoko recognized a gap in retail fashion and collectively brainstormed what was needed in the industry. We knew at the get-go that the ongoing problem in the business is cash flow. After speaking with several key players we discovered the top three pain points for buyers from large chains to independent retail:
1) Buying with restrictive Minimums
2) Finding unique product
3) Picking up on immediate trends
No one seemed to be looking at the independent retailer — the very stores that brands depend on to get their start. Once the majors start calling, smaller retailers get no love.
Shoptoko set out to create a solution for the underserved, overlooked independent retailer by building a platform that provides them with a better way to buy. By connecting these retailers to unique and trending product that can be purchased immediately with no minimums, independents are now not only able to participate in fast fashion, but collectively become the largest major in the world.
ShopToko has grown quickly with over 3,000 retailers registered to date and over 100 brands sales under our belt. Liza Deyrmenjian – Co-Founder & CEO
Liza is a serial entrepreneur with 25+ years in the fashion industry. She successfully built, ran, and sold two successful fashion companies, shuttling her start-ups from Idea to Oprah. She is currently a sought-after consultant and speaker on the fashion industry. Liza is also the founder of Afingo, a platform that assists in cultivating sustainable, profitable businesses in the fashion space.
Katherine Danesi – Chief Operating Officer
Katherine is a business executive with over 15 years laucnhing new technologies in the technology and Internet spaces. Katherine brings her marketplace building and customer service expertise, as well as her knowledge of sales transactions, inventory and logistics to the ShopToko B2B environment. She thrives on applying research, critical analysis & creative problem solving to market opportunities.
Jeanne McPhillips Dolan
Jeanne is a Wharton MBA / Rock Star with 20+ years building profitable fashion brands through merchandising, product and business development. Her expertise lies in
merchandising, product, content and business development. Jeanne is supremely passionate about the new disruptive fashion tech space and is, in her own words, “Super excited to have joined this sassy, edgy start-up we know and love as ShopToko.com. ROCK AND ROLL!”
George Marootian – Chief Technology Officer
George Marootian is a technology executive with over 20 years’ experience driving the creation of high-performance technology products and solutions offerings that enable corporations to effectively tap into customer needs.
Fashion Consort - Website Design and Development

We need a persuasive, dynamic, fashion-savvy self-starter who understands what it takes to build relationships and knows how to position the fabulous things we have to offer prospective retailers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage retailer outreach in targeted areas
- Create and manage relationships with our retailers
- Track all calls, follow-up and results; update the customer database
- Report to management on a weekly basis regarding progress
